Strasbourg Pie




Delicious, delicate pie with apricots.



Ingredients for "Strasbourg Pie":

Flour 250 gr

Butter - 125 g

Egg - 1 piece

Sugar - 60 g

Baking Powder - 0.5 tsp.

Salt - 1/4 tsp.

Water 50 g


For filling


Cottage cheese - 400 g

Yoghurt - 200 g

Egg - 2 pieces

Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.

Corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.

Vanillin - 0.5 tsp.

Apricot - 8 pcs

Apricot jam - 150 g

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add butter pieces, egg, sugar, baking powder, salt and water.



Knead the smooth dough.
